Anyone have suggestions for a diet for reflux??
Try drinking Kambucha, Kumbucha, or Kombucha (you find it spelled several different ways). It has probiotics in it. My dad had terrible problems with his stomach and bowls. He took medications, antacids and nothing worked. But the Kumbucha cleared it up in about a month.

What would be really cool is if we added up everything we all lost and posted it. I bet we loose well over 200 lbs combined.

Yeh instead of pumpkin pie try pumpkin pie oats for breakfast. Add pumpkin and pumpkin spice to regular oats (not instant) put a tsp. of maple syrup and some milk on it. ymm

Trupeach1 I used apple cider vinegar to clear up a bladder infection (not advising anyone especially if a serious one, but mine was just starting and this works for my mom, sis & me) but it was just the organic you can get in the grocery store. What do you mean about "mother"? Is it like the fIrst cold press for olive oil? Is this type at whole foods places & health food stores? I need to go to find some whole grain orzo pasta so I want to ask for the right stuff. I've got 63 lbs to get off and I hope being on here will keep me going!
