Lisa when I slow down a bit I will look for us and see if I can come up with one for everyone to get a copy if they need it.

maybe that is a fair price, but not something I would pay!!!

Been playing w/my treadle some and it just does not seem to like polyester thread!!! Guess I just have to make sure I always have 100% cotton on hand. Of course, it could be something else that is causing the skipped stitches but it seems to happen only when I have to poly thread on it.

Any suggestions as to what else could be causing the skipped stitches? I will post a pic later, camera is not home right now.
I switched my FW to Gutterman 100% cotton and she loves it!

Hey you guys I have a question. I have only been on his board a few months and have heard you guys refer to 'badged machines' several times. What is a badged machine?

Also, when I got my 1901 Singer 27 it was in terrible shape. The cabinet was missing the middle drawer and falling apart. Well, I am so excited, I bid on and won (I think for a reasonable price of $14.95 + $19 shipping) the belly and middle drawer for a singer cabinet like mine!

I will post a before and after picture when I get my cabinet fixed!

Changed the needle, and thread (100% cotton) and all seems well so far. However, I am not sure if it was the needle or the thread  !!! Guess I could go back to the other thread and see what happens.

    Thanks for the help,
    Jenna
