Definitely space! What could I not live without? Definitely a rotary cutter.

I agree--space. I tried to be the bigger person and take the smallest bedroom. Big mistake! I 'need' a design wall again! I used to have one and my floor isn't big enough!

I'd buy a new longarm with a 26" throat. Couldn't live without? My Elna Quilter's Pro. Love that machine.

Space for sure. Second would be a good sewing machine table that my Brother drops into and a really good cutting table thats not falling apart. But there is money involved in all that. Besides that It would be my own place so I could use my whole house for my sewing room if I wanted. LOL

Space, I would love to have a big open wall so I could have a design wall.
I could not live/sew without my Bernina sewing machines. :-)

If money was plentiful, I would get a Horn sewing table. The one with the adjustable height. I could not live without my rotary cutters
