Yes. I too have the same problem. I saw my Dr. on Thursday and my blood pressure was up and bloodwork did not come out real good. My homework for the next 2 months is to make something and finish it so she can see it on my next appt. She says I need to relax more and quit fretting over things that could have been and do something about it.
Just take one step at a time. Just choose a project and get started. Its better we to start somewhere than no where, right?

I think we all suffer from this syndrome from time to time. Just pick something and work on it.
I started on this board and would spend hours. I was in school full time and not much homework then.
Then summer and I could not get enough of ideas, fabrics, patterns. I have two 3" binders full of stuff I printed off. I have maybe 15 books and 3 dozen mags. Then I started a project, went on to another and so forth and so on.
Time went on, school got more involved with more homework, and two and a half years later I start a project or two but don't go on until these are done.
I went over 9 months this past year without shopping for fabric or anything besides thread and maybe some batting. In the past two months I have been able to purchase fabric I needed (not just wanted), batting, and some thread.
Time yourself on the puter (especially here), then get up, do something creative for a short time, move on.
Life moves forward even if yo miss something on the board. It's ok.
There is a time and a purpose to everything.
