    You sure can. I don't, because I like the variety of blocks I make. But I know of a couple gals who made the same block. It makes things easy on you. Boring, but easy. : )

    I was thinking of doing a gingham quilt for my great niece, I might do it for one of my groups. I know I have a ton of gingham in all sized squares and all colors. What do you all think?

    Gingham will make a very nice quilt. My Mom made me a gingham quilt when I was young (probably about 45 years ago), and I still had it till about 4 years ago. I gave my grand daughter the 4 poster big girl bed that I had growing up and the quilt that my mom had made for it. It was very pretty, all softer colors, no navy, black, or red.
