I like Quilters Newsletter a lot. Have a subscription to Fons and Porter and had one to McCall's Quick Quilts ... can live without both.
On another note, haven't been around much due to renovations in our home. What a mess ... and NO SHOWER until Sunday!!! Eeeek! DH showered with the hose in the backyard!!! I've been bathing in the kitchen sink ... and just gave up and asked a neighbor. Ugh. But in the end I will have a gorgeous bathroom. Long overdue.
And ... happy dance ... finally have some ripe figs! Yum!

    Susan,

Recently I posted about my (many) subscriptions to magazines.
There is only ONE (1) that I am actually going to keep when they
all expire which is NOT until either 2014 or 2015 except for a couple
    which is in 2013.

But my ALL time favorite and the one I INTEND to keep is the Quilter's
World have EVERY issue in digital format and every print issue since
    about 2006 (maybe 2007).

reeskylr I don't know where you get these pics, but they make me laugh so hard. Thank you. K, if you feel guilty going to the neighbors, don't! I'm sure she was happy you would ask. You can get the largest bucket or barrel you got, fill it with water tonight, let the sun hit it tomorrow and you'll have your own little pond. I can send you a little water lily if you want me to.

I just finished making my SP this little pin cushion. Can you tell it is a "strawberry shortcake?" It looks better in person. So, if you have not received your package yet, it may be on it's way to you. Hope you like it.

I am winning on no shower Krystyna. I haven't been able to shower since April. BEFORE you all groan or croak I do bath standing in the tub, water running and a wash cloth. Dialysis port still in the old chest and I can not get it wet. Don't talk about wanting that shower. I want that more than a winning lottery ticket and washing hair in the kitchen sink.. well not going their either. So cry me a river babycakes. I am molting without even trying. On that lovely note..still guess my package has not arrived at my secret pals darn and I mailed it so early too.. slow boat hand rowed by mice apparently. waiting waiting waiting..
