DH just brought the package in from Sherry aka ssnare. I want to take a moment to her for the package.

Just in the nick of time orange fabrics for fall projects...thank-you! I know I should be thinking Christmas. :0)

I'm going to enjoy looking through that Christmas magazine.

The traveling thread catcher is going to be used at guild meetings and during my hand work while traveling. The 'old' buttons as you call them look as though they color match perfectly!

Thanks for the M&M's they indeed are my guilty pleasure in the sewing room. The wrist pin cushion...hmm how does one not get distracted and stab a pin her arm....guess I'll find out....betcha it only happens once! LOL

Again thank-you for taking the time to put a nice package together for me.

Yesterday I received my secret pal package from joejoe31 (Jessica). She packed a box full of fabric, magazine, books, pattern, a pound of coffee, Hot Tamales, a little zippered bag, buttons, salt and pepper shakers, a magnet and a dream catcher. She was so thoughtful and I can't wait to dive in!

Susan, I really like Mccall quilting. They have great quilts and patterns and are not that expensive. I also do fons and porter. Hope this helps.
And wat some great packages coming in!

Thank you so very much Susan. The bag is in the back of this picture. She took the beautiful pink skull fabric and made me a bag out of it. I love it. I got machine needles, magnet, patterns (one for a carrier for car for the kids), fabric, ribbon/thread, animal treats and last but not least the honey strawberry jam (hubby snagged it already as these are his two favorite things) Again thank you so very much.

Susan, I love McCalls Quilt magazine the best and do like Better Homes and Gardens because I love '30s quilts and they seem to have more what I love. I took Fons and Porter as well but while it is great I felt McCalls was more for me so I didn't renew the F&P. McCalls has patterns that are easy for me to follow.
