Seam Rippers

How many do you have and what kinds do you like the best?

Where did you buy them so others can see the kind and we can order them online or pickup while shopping at fabric or quilt shops.

If online, post the link to show us your seam ripper you have. Thanks!

This should be a fun thread.

I think I have four official seam rippers, but I do use an eyebrow trimmer, scalpel and embroider scissors.
Of the actual seam rippers, I like the clover best, it has a handle that is bigger and it doesn't roll. Sure it was just a Joanns acquisition.

I have 3. Two came with my machines and I hate them. The other is a Singer. I use that one the most, but it is in need of sharpening. I like it because it is comfortable in my hand and the end is perfect for pushing out corners. I do need a new one though.

I have one. Broke my other. Not sure what it is, but it is sort of red and cream colored. Actually, the other I broke was the same...but I liked it, so when I broke it, I just bought another.

I have at least a dozen in my notion stash. I like Clover and Fons and Porter brands. I have the surgical blades ones and they are nice for long seams. The cheap $1 ones aren't worth having so save your money. I use a rotary cutter as a seam ripper too. It's fast and I have never cut the fabric using it.

It's blue. I'm sunburned. Match made in heaven.
