On the first weekend in September, a horrible storm almost destroyed our Hobby Lobby. It was a Saturday and the store was very busy. By the grace of God, no one was seriously injured.

Repairs on the store started almost immediately. I have missed our store so much. I used to go there several times a week. And I know the employees missed their jobs as well.

Hobby Lobby sent out their weekly email and it stated that our store was re-opening this month!!! I am so excited but I am sure my pocket book is dreading it. LOL!!!

They have a very nice fabric selection and awesome yarn selection. DD has a gift card to HL and is so excited to get to use it.

I have never been to a Hobby Lobby, everyone says they are great. I think I have to cross over to Ohio.

What do they sell for the quilters? Are the prices good? I used to go to our "Fountain Hobby" and it was pretty high. Thanks,

We lost our in the April 27th tornado, here in Tuscaloosa. I sure miss it. They have very nice fabric and it's 25% off all the time. I sure hope they come back soon.

Are they starting to rebuild it at all? I sure hope they do. I would be lost without the ones in this area. I'm actually planning to go tomorrow to get some silk greenery to put over an old hanging TV stand and hide that awful thing until I'm ready to patch the wall and repaint the room (I dread that - so for now - I'll cover it up with a nice full drapey basket of greenery. Yeah Hobby Lobby!

Sherri thrilled for you all in the Hills of North East Tennessee!
