Default Show me your Yellow Brick Roads

I have a Yellow Brick Road top that has been waiting for quilting since October. I am going to quilt it in the next week or so, just trying to decide how I want to do it. It seems like a pretty common quilt, so I thought I would ask you guys what you had done with yours. Maybe I will get some ideas! This will only be my fourth quilt, and I was thinking about trying straight line with it... but then I was also thinking about some other designs as well... just don't know which direction I want to go.

I would use the search feature on the board. Just type in 'yellow brick road', also many folks post under ybr, so I would seach for that too.

Here is my "modified" YBR. I say modified because even though I read the instructions many, many times and I still cut some of the pieces wrong! I just cross hatched it

I've only done one but it was a QFK project so I just did simple quilting in a grid.

That quilt is bright and a child will love it. Very pretty. I want to make a YBR quilt but forget it when it is time to start another.

Here is one I made for Quilt Of Valor. I quilted it with an all over star and loops on my HQ16.

I am thinking that might be a good design to try the puzzle piece quilting featured on this weeks Tuesday Tutorial from http://www.theinboxjaunt.com/ she draws a square grid to follow but you could use most of the seam lines instead?
