Default 15-91 bobbin problem

Need some help my 15-91 has a bobbin issue. Every 5-6" I can hear my bobbin kinda jump and and this is what it leaves on the back side. Either a large single loop or a glob. Thread does not break and it continues to sew. I've re-wound bobbins, played with tensions and changed needles. Doesn't matter if I am using a spool or a cone. Suggestions.

I can't tell anything from your picture. So, yet me ask you this .... do you have the bobbin in correctly? I just recently found out I was doing it wrong so .... when you have the bobbin in the case and pull on the thread, the bobbin should turn counter clockwise .... does it?

Checked the bobbin compared to the other thread about issues where there were pics and mine is properly loaded. Still same problem. I have new bobbins coming from sew classic maybe that will solve the problem.

Is the black top thread or something else?
I'm assuming this is the bottom of the work?

If it is, you need to look at the top tension, or see if you can find something that the top thread is catching on in the bobbin area.
