You got what is a dream setup to me! A 201 AND the Deco desk! I think that was the high end setup when it was new. To me it still is. Thanks to the kindness of a fellow member here I now have the 201 part of the package. I'm not sure if it's ok to name names but I am grateful for the gift.

I love the desk too!

I have both versions, the one with the rounded cover, and the one with rounded drawers. Only have one stool though.

I really like the built in pedal. Right now I have my White 670 in the round cover version (DH has his 201 in the round drawer version). He removed his built in pedal, I still have mine and like using it.

I have the very same set with stool. Mine is mahogany, but no black trim. It was made in several flavors. It is a fabulous machine, top of the Singer line. DH says one of these machines can wear out four ladies. It is well made and sews very strong and very well. Parts are still available. l
