I'm trying to figure out a way to incorporate that into my sewing room. My way certainly doesn't work!

I want to use your idea!! Mine are stuffed into a drawer and that is just awful. But where can I put them?! I have no walls, the front of my cabinets are drawers.....so if I hang a bar from the ceiling over the cutting table, and I am height challenged (politically correct for SHORT) it would seem that if I get them low enough to reach and put back without difficulty, i will be smacking myself in the head with them. Still thinking.....

Now this is a doable idea! I'm hoping to reorganize my sewing room in the next few months and I've been debating how to do my rulers. I don't want to have to move anything out of the way to get to one or move them to put the one I just got out back. I'm done reshuffling stuff! Lol. Great post!
