Ham Rollups

Thin sliced ham (like for sandwiches)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 bunches of green onions chopped

Pat the ham dry with paper towels. Spread with the softened cream cheese and sprinkle with onion. Roll into a "tube", and slice into 2 or 3 pieces.

Tah-dah! That's it...and they're YUMMY! :)

A platter of bite sized fruit pieces is always a favorite at our guild meetings, with or without fruit dip (which is usually a cream cheese type).

These are really good, and are quick and easy. Mixes right
in a saucepan.

Butterscotch brownies

1/4 cup butter
1 cup lt brown sugar, packed
1 egg
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped nuts

preheat oven 350*
melt butter in saucepan over low heat, remove from stove.Add brown sugar and stir until well blended. Let cool. Add egg and mix well. Stir in dry ingredients, then add vanilla and nuts.

Pour into well buttered 8" square pan, bake at 350* about
25 minutes. Cool in pan then cut.
