Beautiful! I have made several SBS quilts. I enlarged my dolls...as I called them, and made the blocks larger. The proportions on your is great. I never gave a thought to using double sashing, or framing in block that way. Wish I had known then, what I am learning now. Lack of experience also is something we regret. Somehow I don't think I have an eye for design.

Thanks for sharing. I love all the colorful prints you included.

I am never too old to learn something new. Today I have learned from Boo and others. thanks.

I have some blocks that I started about 20 yrs ago, I think they're coming out of the closet soon. The framing really sets it off. You go Boo.

Listen, let me tell you this one more time. I havn't a creative bone in my body. I follow directions well. This quilt was made page by page, picture bye picture, step by step from Eleanor Burns SunBonnet Sue Book. I am embarrassed by your belief that I could have actually come up with a new design.
Don't get me wrong, I love the attention

Boo, you make it sound like you tore that page out and put it on the bed! We know better so take your bows.

I really like this pattern, I have been looking at it for a while. Are the pieced turned underor satin stiched or just fused?
