Thank you so much for tut. I am going to make these with Shamrock pattern. Now to find a good fat picture pattern to copy.

Does it matter what kind of batting you would use for the leaves? I only have the warm and natural in my stash.

Adding my thanks for a great idea and perhaps the best tutorial I have seen! You have a gift for making each step clear and simple to follow. Many many thanks!!! I, too, will be joining the throng and making these :-)

You are right, my mind is thinking, pumpkins, apples, etc. all made the same way.

Great tutorial, I've bookmarked it. I'd like to make them a bit larger or even larger still for place mats or sewn leaf point, edge to edge for a table runner ... you've really got the creative juices flowing.

Can't wait to see photos of what others have done with this tutorial.

Thank YOU so much for sharing with us.

Dear BuzzinBumble... Thank you so much for the tut and pattern. I made one and have a question. I might have missed it, but what do you do with the "V" part at the bottom. It's almost impossible to turn the edges in. I would like to make more to set my table for Thanksgiving. Thank you in advance for suggestions.
