Toto's Mom, great quilt!

Thank you. I meant to post it here when I finished, as I had posted it in progress, and then I had a Cocker Spaniel moment, and something else got my attention, and I forgot to post it here.
If I can do this from Eddie's tute........anyone can, and it is not hard doing it on the machine.

That turned out beautiful, TM! You did such an excellent job on it. :D

You're welcome! I'm not sure of the names of the fabrics. I remember that I got all of those at the LQS by just pulling out fat quarters of the ones I liked.

If you look back at pic 21, you can see that there are 4 pointed flaps on each block that converge in the center of each block. The tips of these flaps are tacked down with a few stitches to keep them in place while top-stitching the roll of fabric down over the "glass" fabric.

Excellent tutorial and photos. Makes me want to try it. Please publish more of your techniques.

Very good job on the tutorial. This is very different from the way I have been machine stitching the same block. Thanks for doing this.
