anyway on that one, if thats her, I know that machine is working
I agree that they're all over the place, price-wise, but if it works it might be worth that to someone. I also saw that it was California which might or might not affect the price.

That is one I'd love to get, but I beleive the reserve is quite high, as it's been bid on a few times and not sold because they didn't go high enough. I've seen some sellers do this, and then list it at a Buy It Now for about $20 higher than the highest bid while it was on reserve. I won't buy from a seller that does that, no matter how much I want the machine.

Though I watched that backfire on a seller too. I was the highest bidder but it did not sell. Then it was listed Buy it now, and no one bought. Seller kept lowering it and it finally went, but at quite a bit less. By that time, I'd found another machine at a better price.

Is that because we're now in the year 2024?

Dang thats what I get for thinking I can count.

The machine is a 27, to be a 1874 it would need to be a model 12 . the style of treadle frame came out around 1889. should say some have a 1889 patent date cast into the back.

it's serial number looks like 16685501 which is 1899
