Default Happy Mother's Day & Happy Birthday Mom

My sister is here from AZ to celebrate Mom's 88th birthday & Mother's Day. We robbed parts (yes we saved the parts) off a machine then we jazzed it up to use in Mom's flower garden. She chuckled. I don't know if she was laughing at me or the yard ornament:
