Yes ladies I am SO HAPPY. I am expecting twins. I am 54 yrs young and I can't wait for the wonderful blessings to come. I have be anticipating this day for almost a year now and the time has finally come. I will be a mom again but now I will have 2 new babies to get to know and love. They should be arriving sometime next week. Wish me luck. Oh and by the way, "they" are 2 featherweights. My wonderful husband bought me 2 for mother's day. I think he will be allowed to stay around for a little while longer. Gotta love a man who sees the beauty in things such as these.

Woe! I couldn't imagine what you are thinking! I sure fell for it! Have fun with your twins.
And hey, what's wrong with rhyming names, Celeste? I'm a twin and our names are Patricia Lou and Pamela Sue plus our brother twins are John Jay and Roger Ray. I agree, it is kind of corny!

Boy, you really did have ME going there for a few minutes. When I was PG with oldest daughter, met a woman at the doctor's office who was having her last child at over 50 years old.
And I think the oldest woman to have a child was about 70 years old...must have lost her mind!!! I know I would have.
We're waiting with bated breath for the twins' names!!! Don't let us wait too long.

I haven't decided on names yet. I have to get over the shock of finding out they are coming. Sort of like you are when a "surprise" pregnancy hits you. I am thinking of naming them Maggie or Molly. I think the other will be called Marvin. Will have to wait and see them in person to make the final decision.
