Here is a website that show what Singer sewing machines are coming up for bid on EBay:

http://www.collectorsweekly.com/sewing/singer

If you sign up with them you will get a new listing every Friday.

Just remember that what a seller is asking isn't necessarily what they're getting. For a more realistic idea, search completed listings or sold listings.

keep an eye on the shopgoodwill.com website. They have lots of featherweights that come up for auction (4 right now with the "featherweight" search) and a white one may pop up one day when you least expect it.

Just saw one here on craigslist for $350. We are Midwest and prices are pretty low. I don't buy them anymore (trying to downsize).

There was one listed on the Reno, NV Craigslist, nice looking.
Hope you find one, I bought mine off of ebay for around 350.00

I watch shopgoodwill.com fairly regularly. The black ones go for the $250.00 range, a little more for a nice one with accessories, manual and a nice case. They go for less if the don't have any of those things. Add $150.00 to $200 for white. (The prices seem to be down a little right now, though.)

They area asking $100.00 to $150.00 more here on DFW Craigslist, but they sit a long time. Whether they actually get the asking price is a good question.

The one I have isn't white, you may have a hard time finding one that is white. Some areas have more and the prices are different in different areas. Good luck
