Can you take a couple of pictures of the foot and where it attaches to the shank? One from the front and one from the end of the machine?

It looks like there's a knurled ring at the bottom of the shank and the foot would be attached by a flat pair of prongs - is that right?

If so, I might have a set of attachments for it. I will try to find a bobbin for you so that you can test it to see if it works - if it does, you can order modern repros from Jenny pretty cheap.

Thanks Noreen, I'm not even sure. I don't know anything about this machine, it looks like it might be a short shank. I haven't been able to find anything on it on the web yet. I'm waiting for a belt that I bought from ebay to get it running. I also need a bobbin which I ordered from ebay, but I don't know if it is the right one. I'll be doing "trial and error" with this for a while, I think.

OHH!! Thanks Norene, I never gave Sears a thought. The manual that is with it says it was made for Montgomery Ward. I will def be looking at the website!

OH, That would be so great! I have attached a few pics, I hope I don't overload you. I can't thank you enough for your help!

This is the "shuttle" that the bobbins go in. I had no idea that bobbins were ever like this one.

I think the National bobbin should fit in it fine. I think there are actually 2 sizes of bobbins of that style out there. If I find any feet around, I'll let you know. I'll check out the second hand store when I stop in.
