Bertie the Singer 66 crinkle has been at it again. He sewed this up in a day.

Mrs Finch.....I really like your quilt and I have been looking for a pattern for some soft romantic pink prints. My friend has asked me to make her a pink-ish quilt and this pattern will be perfect. Thanks for posting it!

We used this free pattern for the chickens: http://www.benartex.com/uploads/Imag...dforcatnip.pdf

That's really adorable and a nice variation on rail fence.

All my quilt tops are made on the 1941 Singer 15 but this one is also quilted on Sarah. Its for a play set in coastal Georgia around 1812, something that might have been made for and by a slave.

Redmadder, I Love this quilt! It's antique AND modern!
