I've seen the same ads for dogs and cats. :( When we sold my first house (I bought it BDH - before DH. ), I sold a ton of stuff because we were moving to who knows where. The house was sold, but we didn't find anything we wanted to buy, so we going to rent and had to store everything until we found something to rent. It was a mess. We didn't find a rental until 3 days after we gave up possession of the house. In that case, I sold everything I hated in the house that I didn't want to take with us. This was before I sewed, but Betty (the 1912 27) came with me. She at in storage for a week before I could get to her, but she came with us. I did sell a lot of vintage stuff though that I didn't like anymore, but I sold it for cheap, because that's what it was worth to me to get rid of it instead of moving it. This person seems to want their first month or two of mortgage or rent covered for the machine. Good luck with that!

Well maybe she is moving in with a fellow with 6 kids and a few dogs so she can only take the clothes on her back never mind that she won't be able to sew new ones... poor thing...

ok, SO I want to know what a "cherry sewing machine" looks like. Is it made out of cherry wood, or does it actually sew cherries....

Judy, hilarious! Combine your two ads, and you have a machine flying/hovering off a six storey building, then sewing curtains. ;-)

The flying/hovering desk cracked me up. And Ceci, you're so right about how that machine can fall off a 6 story building and then sew curtains. It didn't actually fall -- it had a flying desk. I must read more ads. I usually just look at the picture and hit the back button.

Ohhhh, so *that's* what a sowing machine is! I think it's supposed to read "flowing machine".

That could be a bargain.

What do you want to bet that there is a WW manual that comes with it?

Steve; you mean you don't have a machine or two that can sew cherries?
