Update to Pfaff post from earlier.
Just checked flea bay and there's only a couple of machines for sale and didn't think to check completed sales which I will do shortly. None of them were for any model # close to 297 although bobbins could be had on there.

How does one search closed sales/listings on EBay? My approach was obviously incorrect because EBay said so.:p

There's an Advanced button next to the Search button. On of the options it gives you is to filter by completed listings.

Thanks. Didn't see that probably cuz I didn't sign in. Will try again later.

Yep. I've never used the forum's advanced search but a quick look confirms it.

Hi Everyone! I've been reminded that I'm a slacker and should get here and post! :D

I'm better...the meds are helping and I have more energy, still drag a bit, but really am much better!

I confess to spending a lot of time on this upcoming election, reading....reading...and reading some more! Have to make the right decisions! (Altho I've pretty much made up my mind :D )

No new machines lately, and I haven't even been on Craig's list or to my favorite haunts lately! Starting to feel the deprivation and have been itching to go out and do some serious junkin'!!

Gotta go back and read what everyone has been up to!! ~hugs all around~

Thank you to everyone who is sending prayers for Molly, will update this next week to let ya'll know how she's doing.
She has come a long way since she came to live with us, she was very ill when my DD found her. She was a mere 50#(is 78# now),stage 3 heartworm positive, yeast infections of the skin and ears; was very short winded due to the heartworms. Now she can chase toys and runs with the other 3 dogs, she is much healthier now.
We've had her since July 2010.
Thanks,
Sharon
