Don't know how everybody is doing. I haven't seen quite a few in a very long time. I miss everybody.

I just posted some pictures of a machine I just finished up in the Vintage Machines thread. http://www.quiltingboard.com/vintage...30994-152.html
I am very happy with how it came out.
I have not seen as much activity on this (sit a spell) thread lately. I kind of miss it.

Me too, I think when I started there were FAR less individual threads started and chatting occurred here. I remember my first couple of rebuilds started here and were "hey, these deserve their own thread" kind of evolution.

I do think the casual opening of new threads does add a LOT to the clutter and confusion, but it also makes much more stuff visible... pros/cons...

I rarely post anything machine oriented in this thread because it gets lost too fast. Chit chat here is a pain in the butt to keep track of. It gets lost fast.

I post my threads on the Vintage and Antique section because I can keep track of it and bring it up when I want. Here, it's nearly impossible to find a post or a conversation.

What could I use to "shine up" some of my vintage machines?

It was made a sticky so it's always there and is very easy to find.
For Glenn's, you might actually have to do a search. See the white box with the magnifying glass next to it

Glenn is easy to search - make sure you spell GLENN with two N's.
