My oldest daughter once told me she was going to get a law degree. I told her I would disown her. That hurt so much I had to rethink and told her I supported her as the field needed good honest lawyers and she would be one. I would support her. Steve, I'm sure your daughter will raise the integrity of the profession. Congratulations!

Edit: BTW, my daughter is now a pediatrician and hates lawyers.:o

Happy Thanksgiving to all. May your turkey be juicy, the gossip not, and the pies tasty.

Miriam,

Thanks. I remember some Thanksgivings with family when the gossip was the best thing served. Fun unless you were the one in the gossip.

Some years the family is fragile. I can remember Thanksgiving with the in-laws. Oh the drama. Makes you want to pop some corn and watch the show.
