Looks like one my mom had use some Murphy's oil to try cleaning before you strip. Looks pretty good

I have that same cabinet. It had a Riccar in it when I got it. Riccar is in the shed waiting. Cabinet is in my house with my Commander in it. I am going to paint the cabinet. Expresso and replace the hardware with Glass knobs. But I love that thing. Space to sew and space to store. Would love to have another one.
