Hi..I understand all too well. I had a full hysterectomy at age 35. Was put on hormones(premrin) for 10 years. Now I'm off the pills and I've finished menapause (only a year). Scatterbrained is the perfect word! And yes padding too!

I use a table fan at night and it does help. (All year long)! Cotton,cotton,cotton. Minimum bedding helps too(blankets and cotton sheets). 47 and holding on! I got up at 3:25 yes boo hoo birds chattering at 4:10 good luck!
