The night sweats were the worst for me but they happened while I was in perimenopause (sp??). When I reached menopause the night sweats stopped but I started to gain weight. That was about 2 years ago. I had food cravings....I couldn't get enough junk food. I even started to hide the goodies so my family wouldn't know how much I ate. My cravings have started to ease off over the last few months and I've already lost some of the weight. I hope to get back to my regular weight within the next year..........says she with lots of optimism!!!
