Help! I am so confused in researching for a new washer/dryer. I thought I wanted a front loader, but now they have the new top loader without the typical agitator which is comparable to the features of the front load, gentle on clothes, high spin speeds to extract more water, energy efficient, etc.
What type of "new" washers do you all use? (I am told all the problems with the early versions of washers have been re-designed to address the old problems (out of balance, mold etc)
I value opinions since I have never used one, tell me your pros and cons experience.
