Our group has a "Stitch Camp" weekend almost every month, some are sleep over at a Catholic retreat house with dorm rooms and meals provided and some are at a local community center but everyone goes home at night.
It is so much fun!! Everyone brings their own projects and supplies, we sew together in a common room and just enjoy each other's company & creative energy that occurs. I love it.
My daughters thought I was crazy until one of them started going to scrapbooking weekends, now she understands the fun.
