Thank you very much! I haven't decided what I'm doing for the border yet. As for #2, having the varied fabric, I love fabric. Whenever I see something that I really like, I try to buy a yard of it. I know that I love scrappy quilts, so 1 yard is enough of most fabrics. That way I get lots of different fabrics in my stash.
