I used to lay mine on the table still open, then one day I
saw one of my cats playing with it. Scared the heck out of
me. Now it gets closed when I finish the cut, even if I've
got more cuts to do, so new rule is "if I set it down it
gets closed". Also my pincushions are no longer used for
pins. They've become cat toys. Pins go in a box with a lid
on it. Sometimes cats are worse than kids, the kids will
eventually learn but the cats will just keep on playing with
things they shouldn't. Sheesh!
