I'm always reading, and read fast. Fortunately, I'm not
bothered when I am reading good books over and over and

I also love the Miss Melville series, but have spent almost
10 years hunting for the last one, Miss Melville Runs for
Cover. The author, Elizabeth E. Smith, passed after writing
this and it didn't have much of a sale. But Miss Melville is
a middle aged lady, broke so went to work as a charming
hit lady. She has standards though, and won't whack any
one who doesn't deserve it, and is dismayed at discovering
more and more folks do deserve it!

Charlaine Harris wrote a very interesting series, which she
cut off short and left the heroine in an ugly situation, with
a new, boring boy friend, pregnant when she thought it not
possible, but all of the Aurora Teagarden is an interesting
person in an interesting town. The series is very good, but
then the author quit writing and went on to other stuff, which
I don't like at all.

Earlene Fowler is a good writer, makes me keep looking for
more of her books. She weaves quilts and murder in interesting
ways, and her characters are very interesting also.

Another one is Sara Graves series. "A Face In The Window"
is one I'm hunting for now. It's called the "Home Repair can
be Murder" series and it does seem like that. Interesting, especially if you, like me, do some wood working around the house.
