I have four boys so I know what you mean. I make pillowcases for them for Christmas and for their birthdays. You can find some real simple free patterns and they can be sewn quickly. I bet you can even find fabrics in your stash that they will love. The younger ones will love the novelty prints. The older boys might like some with pin-up girls or cars on them. I make my husband several with pin-up girls and he got a big chuckle out of them.
