I have had a Pfaff 2036 for four years. I love it, and imagine the 4.0 is even better. Pfaff makes a wonderful machine. By the hover foot, do you mean putting the foot half way down to do free motion quilting? If so, mine has it and it works great. Also I love the IDT, I don't need an extra walking foot.
