I am so glad to know I'm not crazy. I had to completely rearrange my quilting work counter/table to make room for my kitty Miss Fluffy now that she is an only child and can stay inside with mommy as much as she wants. She was sleeping on my pressing board but I got tired of de-hairing everything I pressed not to mention I had to wrangle pressing space from her. So now I have to store the board vertical & since she couldn't lounge on a hard surface I made her a bed out of a piece of faux sheepsskin. Since it comes with a prime view of the bird feeder she's accepted it well. Fluffy has always had the bad habit of spreading out on top of whatever I am cutting out and holding whatever she can "hostage". Blood would be involved if I try to retrieve anything from under her.. LOL! We know who rules the sewing room!
