I agree with offering a lower price. I might not be so firm with the $15.00. I was in the antique business for a couple years, and would deal all the time. Don't be surprised if you offer $15.00 and they counter with $18.00. I still think that is a good deal. I think it is a very cute and I would love to buy it.
