I tried your suggestion and you are right, I had the thread leader too high. Thanks, I would have never throught of that one. I put a piece of tape on it so it will not vibrate and move.

Finally found a sweet spot that seems to be working...seem to have to find a way that when it's unwinding off the spool, it's not jerking at all.
