This cake is AWESOME!!!!
I made it for a huge family BBQ.It wasn't the best cake for a buffet table but it was so easy to make, and all the ingredients were on hand and it was sooooo moist and no added fat, too.
My daughter in law suggested that to make the cake more 'orangey' you could add some grated orange rind or even lemon rind.
My sister suggested that fresh fruit would go great on top if you wanted to forgo the whipped cream. In any case, this is a real keeper. Can't wait to serve it for a fancy sit down dinner. Thank you so much!
