I find those threads about shops particularly uncomfortable, I can't help thinking that is someone's livelihood and business being discussed, what if it's a one off, what if the customer was actually one of those customers from hell that can never be satisfied. You only get one side of the story, and the willingness of people to jump on the bandwagon and condemn so quickly always disturbs me. It's another Libran trait, the desire for justice and balance.
My sister is a Libran - she is like this too. And she works in retail, and she laughs at the customers from hell, and assumes that they have problems in their lives. I have noticed that people do not identify the shops by name unless they have a positive experience. I have 3 LQS near me, and they are all special in different ways. My learning experience was not positive, but that was probably more to do with my head space and attitude!
