I went to one of the WM's close by that just remodeled and they have one aisle with precut fabric in 1 and 2 yard lengths. They also had some fabrics cut and put together with a pattern. The select was somewhat limited but not too bad. They also had fat quarters and some jellyrolls.
I don't know how they choose which stores to have this aisle though. Our other 2 don't have it.
