The only stipulations that my daughter and her husband made to Children and Youth were that the children be no older than 4-5 years old, and that they only wanted children placed with them that were most likely to become adoptable. The oldest two were already adoptable when they came to live with my daughter. I hope your in-laws will be accepting of your decision. Hopefully, the book will help.
