I hope I captured that quote right! These are some of my favorites, too! I grew up eating grits every day and love 'em. Not at all unusual here!!(Now I opt for higher fiber cereal :| not as good!). I eat red beans and rice about once a week! Love gumbo or jambalaya with whatever seafood is available. Or just chicken and sausage (andouille)! There's a lot of catfish eaten around here from local farms. Not my favorite, but I've consumed my share. I do love hushpuppies!

I want to know what welsh cakes and cawl are, too!
