Being from Wales in the UK,some of our traditional welsh foods would be welsh cakes & cawl :)
The most interesting thing I ate was probably a large colorful striped aquarium Butterfly type fish on a tiny island in the pacific. The fish was whole and had colorful orange and white stripes. It was pretty good!
We have a lot of Mexican food here as we are not far from the Mexican border.
