I have one of these, but from a different company. The best part is that it is long enough to go from top to bottom of a 1/4 yard of fabric and give you the 45 degree angle you need for the bias. The down side is that I don't use it.... I use my regular ruler. You really need to put buttons or sand paper dots on it to keep it from slipping. That makes is frustrating.
