Make a paste of baking soda and water or more water than baking soda. Cover the inside bottom of the pan and heat it on the stove for a few minutes. Stay and watch as it is on the stove. You should see the stains and burns lift out. Repeat as needed. Also make a paste of the mixture and scrub it on to the outside bottom of the pan. This truely does work. You just have to play with the amount of baking soda and water combo. If you are doing the inside of the pan you can put about 1/2 cup of water and about 1/4 cup of baking soda and heat it until it boils. Stay and watch the pan while it is on the stove until the liquid is almost gone. If you don't want to heat the pan then make the paste and scrub it.
