One of my All Clad stainless skillets was left in the oven and I turned on the self cleaning. It turned the stainless a black molted color. Nothing sticks to this skillet! I can wipe it clean with a paper towel no matter what I cook in it. I told DH I might put them all in the self cleaning cycle. It would sure get off the burned on mess if you have the self cleaning feature.
