I don't blame you for venting. I feel bad for you, because I have such a great dealer. I made an appointment for my checkup(3 days later) and he did it immediately. I had to drive about 120 miles, so 3 hours later I was on the road home. That is why I purchased it out of town. I could have purchased it 30 miles from me, but this dealer is so kind and smart it was worth the drive. The other dealer I wasn't impressed with.
Hope he gets off of his hinny and gets it finished. I would send a letter also. The main company needs to know what kind of service the employees and dealers are doing.
